Return and Refund Policy
Digital Products
Digital music mixes, digital educational materials, and all other electronically delivered digital products cannot be returned once the supply of digital content has begun, in accordance with applicable legislation and with the customer's prior express consent.
If technical issues attributable to PURE PASSION SRL prevent access to the purchased digital content, such issues will be resolved within a reasonable timeframe. If a satisfactory solution cannot be provided, the customer may be entitled to a refund.
Online Workshops
If an online workshop is cancelled by the organizer, participants may choose between:

A full refund; or
-
Participation in a future edition of the workshop.
If the participant cancels their registration, the cancellation conditions communicated at the time of registration shall apply.
In-Person Workshops
PURE PASSION SRL reserves the right to reschedule an event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including logistical reasons, safety concerns, or force majeure.
Participants will be informed as soon as reasonably possible and may choose either:

To attend the rescheduled event; or
-
To receive a refund of the participation fee if the new date is not accepted; or
-
Participation in a future edition of the workshop.
Mentoring Programs
Confirmed mentoring sessions may be rescheduled, provided the request is submitted with reasonable prior notice and in accordance with the conditions communicated at the time of booking.
Once a mentoring session has taken place, the fee paid is non-refundable.
T-Shirts and Other Physical Products
Standard physical products may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that they:

Have not been worn;
-
Have not been washed;
-
Are not damaged;
-
Are returned in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days from the acceptance of the returned product, using the same payment method originally used by the customer, unless otherwise required by law or agreed between the parties.
