Anca Elena Har (Sava)

A passionate and dynamic fitness instructor, Anca brings over a decade of experience in aerobics instruction to every class. With infectious enthusiasm and boundless energy, she embodies the joy of movement while ensuring workouts remain both engaging and demanding.

Having pursued comprehensive studies both locally and internationally, Anca has cultivated a deep understanding of aerobics and step methodologies. Her fervor for choreography has driven her to participate in international competitions, constantly expanding her knowledge and staying ahead of the latest trends.

 

Her dedication and expertise were recognized in 2024, when she became the Winner of CREA Fitness International Contest for Aerobics Presenters, a testament to her skill and commitment to excellence in the field. 

She is the only Romanian trainer on FitnessSchool.tv, the most prestigious platform for international education and inspiration in worldwide aerobics.

Beyond teaching classes, Anca is deeply passionate about educating and mentoring other instructors, helping them refine their skills and grow in their careers. This passion led her to create this environment: Pure Passion Aerobics, a project dedicated to supporting and developing the aerobics community. Through this initiative, instructors have the opportunity to perfect their techniques, stay inspired, and elevate their expertise to new heights.
