Suitable for both instructors and fitness enthusiasts, this program helps you master fundamental movement patterns such as squats, lunges, hinges, planks and core work, with a strong focus on technique, correct execution, and proper terminology so you can train safely and effectively. These movements are also used but not covered on the Functional Training Level 1 Workshop. Videos are pre-recorded, so you can rewatch them as many times as you like during your 30-day access period.
