By the end, you will be able to structure your workouts with clarity, flow, and intention, using the step platform with confidence. You have 15 days to go through the course materials at your own pace. And if you need support, our master trainers are available to provide additional guidance throughout the course period. In addition, the package includes 2 mentoring sessions, offering personalized guidance, feedback, and answers to your questions.
